I want to go camping for 3 nights in June. What advice do you have for bring a 14 month old baby? I just want him to be comfortable and happy but I don't want to bring the whole dang house with us!

Answer
We took our daughter camping last year, and she was about the same age. Make you have a tent big enough for a play pen. We brought our daughters play pen and it was a life saver. Also lots of comfy blankets, their favorite toy and blanket. we brought a blow up mattress for ourselves. It was great because one of the nights she wolk up and crawled into my sleeping bag. She didnt have to sleep on the hard ground with me because we had the blow up mattress. We also brought lots of extra clothes. The place we stayed at had showers, so we brought soap and shampoo to get her cleaned up with. Life jackets are a must (if your close to water). We brought lots of snack food, her own flashlight, things just to make her comfortable and happy.

How do I persuade my mum to let me have a mixed camping sleepover?

Ciara :)

It's coming to the end of the summer holidays and I really, really want to have my friends to stay over in my garden in tents... I know she'd agree if it was just girls but I want it to be boys and girls, but my mum said no straight away because she's quite strict and against things like that because I'm a 15 year old teenager....
Anyone know how to persuade her to let me having a mixed sleepover :)? Thanks.

Answer
You say "Mazza bbz, the only person I want to do things in tents with is you" And then jump and shout "BUY ME A RABBIT SO I CAN FEED IT TO ROCKSTAAAA" and I'm sure you'll find she'll say "Yes!" before you can tie your left shoe. So there you have it baby.
