confused c
I live in West Chester PA and am willing to travel up to 3 hours to find a beautiful camping spot for the first weekend of November (obviously one that is open this season)
One that allows alcohol (a private camp site I guess?)
With the option of cabins
And will be slightly secluded.
MUST have fire rings :)
We haven't yet decided on a cabin yet and will be willing to tent it, that was our original plan anyway.
We just want to have a fun experience in a gorgeous and scenic area, please help!

I don't do a lot of "camping" in cabins. The only place I have stayed in cabins is in Wharton State Forest in the Atsion Lake cabins. These are rustic log cabins, typically one story with a loft or two full stories, and can sleep 6 to 12 people. They are available to rent all year and are right on the shore of Atsion Lake, a very picturesque spot that's also very peaceful during the off-season. However, while not strictly enforced, no alcohol is permitted.
All the other places I know of in the area where alcohol is permitted and established campsites and/or cabin rental is available are privately-operated and close at the end of October. You might want to browse through Woodalls campground directory (http:\\www.woodalls.com) to see what's available and open, then do some on-line research to find photos and reviews of the campground layout and scenery.
